"Pod location, instructions were all good, also the adventure parc was just beside the pods, loads of private parking. Our pod heating wasn't working and i tried different options to see if it starts working, no luck. I tried contacting the emergency staff who works at the next hotel, the staff said they are very busy and will try and come to check. We went along with kids and cant imagine staying in a fridge like temp pod for whole night. It was a real nightmare for us. The staff didnt even...
