Really appreciated the kitchen. And the balcony and chairs and small table was nice. We enjoyed seeing all of the planes, boats and cars driving and flying by. The staff is excellent! Plenty of towels and wash cloths for our 5 night stay. Very close to the beach. We were able to use the complementary dryer and coffee maker in the lobby. There was a broom available in our room which was very nice to have due to the sand. Wish I had a dust pan though. Overall very pleased.

Clean room. Staff displayed excellent customer service. Full kitchenette. No balcony or view to the ocean, but view to nearby pier and boats. Pool was slated to be closed, but was actually open which was great. Close to shops and restaurants.

The location was amazing and the room was nice for the price. The front desk staff was extreemly rude. Once I got to the check in they gave me a room that was already occupied. Once I went to talk to the staff the lady had a bad attitude as if I did something wrong. Also they list this hotel as a reserve with no pre payment only for them to charge my card a deposit of one night when I made the reservation. When you go to the front desk they don't even acknowledge you are so your just standing there until they actually look up and just look at you as if you are disturbing them. Overall I will NOT book this hotel again, nor would I recommend it to anyone. There are several hotels in the same area to choose from.

Staff was nice, short walk to the beach, room wasnt cleaned very well and i axtually used the broom left in the room to sweep it and the blankets were ragged. Had to ask for extra trash bags. Check in time took about 20 minutes due to the long line waiting.

The rooms were very clean and the staff was friendly. We did have some issues with the AC in the room at first, and several times the keys were not working. Check-ins seemed to be a little erratic for those coming in at 4pm. It was very close to the beach and quiet at night

It was beautiful. The view was awesome. The room felt cozy, it smelled good and it was clean. The only issue I had was that they did not clear out the drawers near the bed, and my youngest child found some “unmentionables” in there. It was awkward nonetheless our trip was amazing and the staff was very kind.

I had to wait over 2 hours to check in, so I didn't get to enjoy a full stay. One elevator was broken and the other was excruciatingly slow. The hot tub, an advertised amenity, was broken. The room should have been much cheaper for the service we got.
