"Didn’t appreciate being asked to attend timeshare presentation and even after saying no being pursued later. Level of service is poor and barely 4 star certainly not 5 star. Pools were very cold so mostly unusable during the stay. Far too many unsolicited phone calls to the room when we were trying to rest. Resort not really for me so I take that into consideration as it’s focus is more on families and party people."

We were two families (with two 13yos and two 10yos) and had a wonderful time swimming in the ocean and in the pool, walking on the beach, playing volleyball and horseshoe, and watching the whales and birds.
