"This would be our best hotel on this trip. I would rate it 11/10 location beachfront,close to restaurants and massage and a good monry changer about 500m away(kim my kim)best rate on this trip. 11/10 This for the staff going above and beyond. This includes check in,posting a post card for us also bringing ginger to our room during thr night. And helping us get to some places. Room service and clothes washing services top notchn"

"I've written a review, but it seems to have got lost... so here goes again. We were very impressed with the staff of Royal Palace Hotel. Jimmi, the manager was excellent to deal with in the booking stages and also extremely helpful and interested in our welfare when we arrived. In fact, we found all the staff were friendly and professional, and eager to go the extra mile to make our stay enjoyable. My husband needed medication in the middle of the night, having had eye surgery not long before we left, and a staff member took him out seeking to find a 24 hour Pharmacy. This is but one example of the 'over and above' service. "

" This hotel feels like home. The staff were so accommodating and made us feel incredibly welcome. Our family of 5 spent 3 nights here. The rooms were superb and the effort the Lotus Boutique team went to for my husband’s birthday on the day we arrived was so special. We would like to make a special mention to Anna and Mia who all left a special impression on us. All the staff were so warm and friendly .We hope to come back and stay at this beautiful hotel again."

"10/10. Wonderful hotel, clean with great staff and service in an excellent location. Nice rooftop pool with afternoon tea service. Breakfast buffet was delicious with great variety of food. Centrally located location, near to everything including the beach. Would definitely stay at this place again. "

"Large, busy hotel. Excellent food and staff service. Room are large, comfortable, clean with excellent view. Great location if you want to be close to downtown or riverside’s. Walking distance to Dragon bridge and night market. Not best location if you want to enjoy the beach."
