We loved staying here. We appreciate how kind all the staff are! Thank you for going and beyond. The food is very good except on the buffet area. We tried that twice and didn’t like the food. The market is awesome! So many pool options and a beautiful place to stay. Can’t wait to come back

Our check-in experience was very disappointing. We arrived about an hour before the official check-in time, and the front desk agent simply told us to go to a restaurant and come back after 3:00 PM. She was rude, didn't explain anything about the resort, and didn't provide any information about the amenities, shuttle service, or nearby restaurants. We had to figure everything out on our own, which was frustrating. While we were at the restaurant, an employee asked how long we were staying and offered to give us a resort tour the next morning. We paid $20, thinking it would be a helpful tour. The next morning, we waited for him in the lobby, only to be told he was at another hotel and that we needed to take a shuttle there. After arriving, we realized it wasn't a tour at all—it was a timeshare sales presentation. They asked for our ID and credit card and tried to persuade us with a $400 resort credit. If they had been honest from the beginning, we would never have agreed. It was a waste of our vacation time. During our stay, several employees approached us with the same sales pitch, asking how long we were staying and then trying to convince us to attend the presentation. It became very annoying. The resort itself was average. It was reasonably clean, but the breakfast was exactly the same every day, and even the Sunday brunch was disappointing. There wasn't much fresh fruit available except through room service, and you couldn't easily get fruit by the pool or during dinne

My family and I really enjoyed the hotel. They have lots of amenities and it’s perfect for families. The views were so beautiful and the all inclusive package is very worth it. The staff was very nice but I do feel like they were a bit understaffed but that’s management the employees were all great and did the best they could. Will deff plan to stay here again.
