"Everything was clean. The staff was friendly and helpful and very kind. Everything was just nice and organized. I had the best time ever and I was alone so I was kind of afraid, but I didn’t feel that way there. I enjoyed myself only problem. The refrigerators doesn’t work. They were just like room temperature the whole time I was there and that’s pretty much it one little technicality, but I still give them a 10 I loved it there. We’ll be going back from now on when I go to Saint Augustine."

"Had a great stay"

"There was no Soap for the shower First thing I requested to refill the container or give a bar of soap. By checkout still no soap for shower. Expedia said I get two free waters. Apparently it is keeping the soap friendly someplace. Best of all on checking in (and buying a non refundable ticket) for shuttle service and old town trolley I wa assured my small dog could come. The shuttle driver refused let us go because not a SERVICE dog. Dog friendly hotel didn’t seem to know that. BTW news to me because I have taken dogs before. "

"I liked the location of the property as it was only feet away from to the hop off hoop on tram stop. it also had a few good restaurants within easy walking distance.The room was clean & the staff accommodating.I stayed there twice in 2 weeks and my only complaint was the office chairs could not be adjusted and were too low to be of use and the ac made the rooms smell a bit musty."
