"Very quiet, comfortable, large room. Front desk accommodated my request for a high floor. Elevators, fast and plentiful. Valets were super friendly, as was all the staff who I encountered. Food was very good in the bar. Watched dolphins swimming, in the river, right across the street. Easy walk to the Florida theater."

"I arrived at this hotel a bit prejudiced because of some negative reviews, likely written by people who either didn’t want to pay for what they were getting or simply couldn’t appreciate the place. I have to admit I was wrong — and I apologize for my initial impression. The staff was absolutely wonderful: kind, helpful, and genuinely courteous. The rooms may be a little dated, but they were spotless. I was even given extra towels without having to ask twice. As for the breakfast, anyone claiming it wasn’t good must have had other issues, because it was excellent — fresh and well-organized, with eggs, sausages, yogurt, fresh bread, and more. The location is also perfect: the old town is only about a 15-minute walk away, and the pool was clean and well-maintained. This isn’t a 5-star luxury hotel, but I would happily return for the kindness of the staff, the welcoming atmosphere, and the overall value. Thank you! "
