The staff were truly outstanding - so helpful and kind. They did everything they could to ensure we had a great stay and time in Vietnam - helping with activities and ensuring our comfort both inside and outside of the hotel. The location was great and right in the hustle and bustle of the old quarter, yet the rooms were quiet and a great get away.

This was a great stay. The staff was all incredibly friendly and helpful to us and it made it a very memorable experience. Lily was very helpful to us on our last day to make departure arrangements and in sharing some of the best sights of Hanói. I hope to come back someday
