clean room, staff🙏,good breakfast

Super close to Hoi An old town, friendly staff and yum food in the restaurant. Pool is good for relaxing by with lounges and umbrellas but the water is quite warm. Room is very comfortable with personal control over the air conditioning (much needed).

We stayed in building A, 11th floor. Check in was easy. Doorman was always there to open doors and assist with taxis or luggage. The room was clean and comfortable. The A/C worked well and it was quiet. Nice bedding and comfortable pillows. We had the included breakfast buffet which was very good with many options for everyone. We went early as it got very busy if you waited too long. Then it was filled with many people, with a large percentage oblivious to their surroundings. Pool could get a bit cloudy by the end of the afternoon as there were many children in the water. The washroom was seldom used it seemed. The ocean and beachfront was close and clean. Beautiful facilities for families. As a couple I would probably stay elsewhere next time.

This was such a disappointing experience that it honestly doesn’t even deserve one star. The first impression was poor from the start, the hotel advertises itself as a boutique stay, but it was nothing like that in reality. The first night was appalling, with a room that smelled strongly of smoke, forcing us to request a move. We couldn’t even properly unpack because we were unsure if we’d be moved again. The second room wasn’t any better, with broken lights and a phone that didn’t work. Service was inconsistent too, room service was forgotten one day, and there wasn’t even an iron available when needed. It got to the point where we didn’t even feel comfortable trying the buffet breakfast because we were worried about what it would be like. Overall, a very poor experience and not one I would recommend.

My family is so glad that we chose this resort for our first stay in DaNang and first visit to Vietnam. The villa was nice, spacious, and comfortable. The amenities were great. Nicholas one of the staff members was super helpful through out our stay. We’re already talking about coming back and bringing more family Food at the beachside restaurant was excellent.
