The staff are friendly and the rooms are clean. The common area is somewhat uncomfortable, and you can hear everything from the common room while you are inside your unit, and also, everyone can hear everything from your unit while in the common area. So, there isn’t much privacy here.

The Hotel is perfect , modern and clean away from noise and the location is good although is not the downtown area but still an excellent choise.

I loved my stay so much! As a solo woman 63 year old traveler I felt totally safe, even at night, to walk around and often went to eat at Lotte Mall just across the street. There were many restaurants and shops and even a big grocery store there. The hotel staff were amazing especially Lizzy who was so kind to me and felt like a daughter to me by the end of my 9 night stay! Breakfast was incredible with so much food to choose from and honestly more like lunch with many hot dishes, fresh fruits, pastries and drinks to choose from. My large room with a balcony was spectacular and I often sat outside watching all the local people go about their day and the hustle and bustle of riders on motorcycles and cars whizzing by! I walked to the lake too which was beautiful and it had a cool refreshing breeze and there were many local shops and restaurants to go to. I left a piece of my heart in Veitnam when I returned to Canada and will never forget this wonderful hotel and the staff who treated me so well!🥰
