This hotel set the bar very high! The room was great, beautiful and the view from our window. The breakfast had a lot of variety and was very good, the drinks as well. We ate at the restaurant the first night, and it was also very good. Staff were very helpful from booking our travel to Ninh Binh to sending someone with us to show us where to buy a charger. Well located with an ATM across and circle K for water and snacks. I recommend this hotel and would come back again.

Modern hotel with high level service. The breakfast restaurant is huge and the food really good. The spa includes free access to pool, hot tub, and sauna - and these are beautiful and very clean. Recommended!

I previously stayed at Nikko Saigon before and was impressed by the overall experienced....the Hai Phong one did not disappoint. Food is good. Room is well maintained. Staff are friendly.
