The staff were exceptional - very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and beautifully appointed with a fabulous view of the canals. The hotel is in a terrific position for food adn entertainment.

We stayed in the attic room with a private bathroom and loved our stay. The hotel is located a short walk from Rialto bridge and is surrounded by places to eat. The staff were lovely and welcoming, the hotel itself has character and charm, and the included breakfast was nice with a range of hot and cold food on selection. I would definitely stay again. We stayed in the royal suite which was spacious, very high ceilings with fantastic fresco on the ceiling of both rooms. It felt like we were staying in a renaissance palace. It was a one of a kind experience and well worth it for any special trip to Venice.

Venice is an amazing location. This hotel is on the Grand Canal and close to the water buses. Getting to and from this area by walking with large suitcases isnt easy due to the many stairs over the Canal crossings. Use the water buses. Staff couldnt do enough for us. Arranged 2 breakfast packs for us due to early starts

A beautiful hotel with super friendly and helpful staff. Staff are knowledgeable about the city and transport options and offer great advice. I was extremely happy with my stay, and as a person with mobility issues i appericated that the staff put down a ramp for the small step at the entrance without having to ask for it - it proves the staff go beyond to help their guests.The hotel was located steps away from luxury stores and a restaurant also very close to the Rialto bridge and ferry stop....

Great location. We had a canal view suite. We stayed during the heat wave and unfortunately our aircon didn’t work the best but I guess it’s not normally that hot either. Staff were very accommodating. The breakfast was great.
