Great location with easy access from the train station with luggage. We had a canal view room, it was huge with a very nice view of the canal. Breakfast was very good, unfortunately due to the weather we were not able to enjoy the courtyard, however, it looks great. All the staff were very freindly and helpful at all times. Would highly recommend.

Staff was very good. Friendly and very helpful. Great location, historical old palace vibe in lobby and garden are was cool. Rooms were clean but a little dated but adequate for our stay.

Loved the historic hotel, location, canal and gondola spot just outside - all very 'Venice'. The staff were very helpful and the included breakfast could be eaten on a lovely outdoor patio. The hotel was just about walkable (we managed it with a suitcase and smaller hand luggage each) from the Piazzalo Roma, the terminal for the people-mover and the local buses, it was a short walk, but with 3 small bridges to cross.
