A lovely quiet hotel away from the crowds but close enough to all the main sites. Our executive room was spacious and elegant with views across the beautiful gardens a rarity in Venice. Breakfast was great and was taken on the outside terrace. Staff were friendly, welcoming and extremely knowledgeable about things to do and places to go.

The hotel is clean and tidy. It's really well placed for exploring the city. We were given room 3. While spacious was actually outside the hotel and was noisy between 0700 and 0830 every weekday morning due to bin collection. Even with the windows closed. No air-conditioning allowed until May, meant I found the room hotter than a vacation on Mount fujiyama, currently. Still, the staff in general were extremely helpful and professional. All their recommendations for food were fantastic. Don't judge the quality of a restaurant by its appearance or location, some of the best are in the back streets around the corner. As for Venice, do you research before you come, accept the cost is high, there is a bit of a smell and embrace the once in a lifetime experience. Thank you Venice.

Wonderful hotel to stay. It is quite but still close to San Marco square. Staff was helpful. Breakfast was nice with the nice atmosphere of the garden by the breakfast roo.
