Ok place to stay. Everything fine in the room Great location and lots of food and leather shops. Just be firm with the immigrants selling tack and say no to roses bracelets and other tack.

Very friendly staff on front desk and cleaning staff. The lady managed to get our 2 rooms 1 hour before official check in time. Rooms were comfortable for a stay of a couple of days. Just a few minutes walk from train and bus station.

The staff we dealt with were great help and service. The hotel is a few minutes walking distance from the trains and buses, very convenient. The room was a good size but the mattress was a little bit bigger than the base so the edges of the matress weren't well supported at the extremities, and the mattress was not that comfortable so we did not sleep well. Our bathroom was not in the room it was a few steps away and we had it to ourselves though. But the bathroom needs some clean up and new caulking as there were dark spots in multiple areas of the caulking and grout. And although I could hear the fan working, I don't think it was pulling much or any humidity out of the air.

This was our third stay here! We love the close location to the train station and bus to the airport. Also the boat taxi is only a few minutes walk. Plenty of restaurants and shopping. Rooms provide minimal amenities with older decor but perfect for a couple of nights. Staff has always been very friendly and helpful. They also provide breakfast although we have not taken it. I will definitely stay here again!

The location is good, close to the train station. Hotel staff was very kind. Just hotel building is old and not up to date in bathroom and all interior. The walls are thin. I could hear everything from the next room. I was able to sleep because I was so tired from the heat and traveling. Otherwise, I might not be able to sleep because of the noise.

Great place in the heartvof Venice!

Really enjoyed our stay here! Perfect budget hotel right in the heart of Venice! It is very basic, so maybe not right if you prefer to relax in the hotel a lot, but if you just want a safe comfortable place to stay in the city this is a great choice. Staff were so nice and went above and beyond to help. Location is PERFECT! Just minutes walking from the bus stop, ferry station, and train station, so however you arrive, its easy to get to. You can easily explore the streets of venice from here by foot or it's close to a waterbus stop if you prefer. As I said, it is basic, so there is no microwave, kettle, or fridge, or temp control in the rooms, so it did quite stuffy, but the bed was very comfortable snd the staff gave us a fan to use to help with the air. If you want to stay in the city of Venice but can't afford the other prices you're seeing, this is a really great option and i highly recommend. One word of caution though - the website is outdated. It says they offer breakfast as well as airport pickup, which they apparently no longer do, just FYI.

Look, it was Venice - Canal city. The room was very small and aircon did not work. Told this to the Spanish concierge who did her best to fix the problem. She shifted us to another room for the second night. Don't leave windows open or mosquitoes will bite. Rooms have no bar fridge...another disadvantage.
