Amazing hole in the wall, close enough to walk from the train but far enough away from all of the noise! Staff were very helpful and friendly. Only thing that threw us off was the address on the listing sent us to the other end of the island, so follow what the host gives you. Lovely room and very happy with the choice, they communicated basically every step of the way. If we return I will book again! Grazie!

Very nice and clean. Located very close to local restaurants and bars but in a very quiet street.
Rooms are comfortable and very clean.
I walked everywhere from there.
Highly recommended
Super clean property, great communication for self check in. Only complaint is the mattress was on a sofa bed. We had to sear earplugs to sleep because the frame was so squeaky and sagged in the middle. Other than that, great place.
Quiet area away from tourists. Get a porter from train station to take your luggage. Newer property and done very nice. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Viviana was so awesome.
Our room, Girasolle, had a huge terrace. So nice to sit out there in morning.
Rooms were very clean and it was an easy walk to get to main parts. The thing that stuck out the most was how wonderful the woman at the front desk was. Very polite and always gave us amazing recommendations!
Excellent property, staff were very friendly, place was clean, situated in a very quiet area away from all the crowds. Newly decorated, beds comfortable, nice bars on nearby canals for coffee or drinks. You will need to walk a bit to get to most attractions so bare that in mind, but a lovely stay.

Fantastic stay loved it.
Loved this hotel. In quite area but only 15 min walk to the centre. Lovely area just down from hotel with bars by the canal that we loved. Beds extremely comfortable and extra pillow on request. Would most certainly recommend and stay again

Vivian was an amazing host, very welcoming !
Super clean, very quiet and safe.
We’ll be back !
There was air conditioning. That part of the listing is accurate. Interestingly, it also claims to include a bed. It’s not until you arrive that you realize it is, in fact, a couch with a pullout mattress. One that has been beaten within an inch of its life and shrieks with aching steel, begging to be put out of its misery.
Alas, this is merely the bassline beneath the trickle of water that reveals itself to be the stream of your upstairs neighbors peeing in a steady crescendo. To say the walls were thin would be like saying the pillows were bits of cotton wrapped in fabric, because these certainly were.
The lovely throw? Actually a couch cover, not a blanket. The patterns on the walls? Squished mosquitoes. The headboard? Now just tracing and plywood drilled to the wall. The shower shelf? Now just a pair of empty brackets. Very historic. Sharpie block lettering to indicate where to arrive/run away from? A nice, modern touch.
The pièce de résistance was the raw sewage wafting through the courtyard in the 90-degree Italian summer heat. After a sleepless night, severe back pain, and mosquito welts covering our bodies, we fled first thing in the morning.
I wish the cost of the unused second night were also just a memory, but the property refused to refund us. But hey.. there certainly was air conditioning.

The staff are super helpful. They helped me navigate the local area, made recommendations, and ordered reliable water taxis when I had to leave early in the morning to meet tours. The property is clean and quiet and close enough to walk to the center of town and the train station. St. Mark's Square is a little further out but easily reachable by water taxi, water bus or a 30 min walk..
Hosts are lovely and attentive. The room is as pictured and check-in was seamless. There were some interesting smells coming from the water taps and a few small mosquito-like bugs in the bathroom when we arrived, which the hosts helped us clear out. These issues seemed to be more-so a feature of Venice rather than the unit itself and we still ended up having a lovely stay.
This is a modern property for Venetian standards. The location was very difficult to navigate from the main train station. We had to walk 20 minutes in heat with cases. Easier if you are coming from the airport in a water taxi which will take you close.
I know affordable hotels in Venice are hard to come by but this was not worth the money we spent. I think we got the bad room which consisted of a pull out couch for a bed. As others have said it was the noisiest bed ever and very uncomfortable. You would think with the money they charge for such a room they could afford to put a real bed in there. Also the walls are paper thin and you can clearly hear the quest located beside you as if they are in the same room as you.
We enjoyed our stay and the staff was very helpful, especially the front desk. Off the beaten path but quiet and away from the crowds. Convenient for enjoying a beautiful sunset and close to water taxi station should you wish to visit Murano.

This is not exactly a hotel, rather a “guesthouse “ with no kitchen, no breakfast or common areas, and desk staff just 8:30 am to 8:30 pm. However they were totally honest and upfront about all that at the time of booking, and gave me a phone number to call in case of emergencies. Room is clean, has everything it needs. Owners are friendly and were helpful when they were there.

No front desk. The hotel sits far away from everything. Long walk to get too, no transportation close . The hotel offered a safe, you can pick it up and go , it’s not attached to anything. I complained and was told to lock it in the furniture closet that had a universal key, I told the man it makes no sense. Anytime you need service you have to text a phone number that they give you and hope that they answer. Don’t think of taking a shower at night. Water is cold.. the sink and the bathroom are one step down from the bedroom very dangerous with no light, which is a challenge during the night and very dangerous. The shower flooded every time I used it. They said they’ll fix it when I leave. If you wanna open the window in the bathroom, it is even with the toilet so you expose yourself. It was a terrible experience. The queen bed was two single beds together. No stores nearby no restaurants nearby. Walking in the evening back to the hotel did not seem safe. There are many loose dogs depositing their waste on the walkway and no one cleans it. I do not recommend anyone to stay here. There were many hotels closer to civilization which had occupancy. Venice is beautiful. I just don’t recommend this hotel.
