"Rooms were lovely, we got a free upgrade which was a bonus. Rooms were clean and well equipped for our two night stay. Location was good, canal front and there is a public transport stop right at the hotel. Bar staff were hit and miss - Bengali barman was wonderful!! Staff at reception were helpful and relatively knowledgeable (we were told cash only for Gondola ride, however, this is not the case). We didn’t eat at the hotel so could not comment on food. Overall we really enjoyed our two night stay here. "

"Wonderful breakfast. Hotel with a lot of personality. I was disappointed that the “spa” facility required additional fees for guests. Gym is very small but has the basics. Convenient location."

"This was exactly the place we would like to stay over our short stay. location is just so close to every places we want to go."

"Room was ok, but extremely noisy from the square below - not the market people, but people drinking and dining at the restaurant directly below. We ended up leaving a day before we were due to check out, just so we could get a decent night sleep. This could be very different Monday to Thursday nights. Staff were very apologetic, but it’s not their fault people decide to drink, sing and yell out until 4am."
