"Our stay was amazing! We’re a family of four, and during check-in our son mentioned it was his birthday. Later, the front desk surprised us with delicious cookies and a handwritten card—such a thoughtful gesture that made our stay feel incredibly special and welcoming! The room was cozy and well located—quiet, homey, and not too busy. The lobby was spacious and beautiful, with a lovely fish pond that added this relaxing and fun vibe. We stayed in a one bedroom suite which was very clean and well-equipped. The bed was very comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed, and having a laundry machine was a great bonus. The only small note is that laundry detergent isn’t provided, so be sure to bring your own. We would absolutely love to stay here again!"

"The rooms advertised for 5 people assume you will put 3 people on a King bed. This was a bit awkward at check in since we did not have toddlers but adults… typically a King bed is for 2, never 3. They gave us a cot but it was short and there was zero room left in our room to move around. If you don’t get parking in the front, you have to park in the back and walk through a construction zone and up stairs to access the hotel. There is nothing to do at the hotel in the winter since the pool is closed and there is no lounge or weight room. But it’s cheaper than any other hotel in Victoria so you get what you pay for. "
