"Great place to stay. Easy check in. Good amenities. Cleanliness 8/10 (mirror in washroom not thoroughly cleaned). Beddings good. Good room service. Staff are friendly, except for the receptionist at Fathom (restaurant inside the hotel) who seemed a bit distant or shy maybe. Server who served me was bubbly and friendly. Pool and hot tub, sauna available. Overall, I give Hotel Grand Pacific an 8.5/10 for our experience. "

"We met family here to celebrate two birthdays at the gorgeous property. The staff was incredible, and we were able to enjoy most of the luxurious facilities on site. It’s also in a wonderful location. So convenient to site seeing and walking to restaurants and other attractions. Would most definitely stay here again - highly recommended!"

"Excellent location, just few steps to downtown. Room was clean. Staff was very friendly and was able to help with all my questions and concerns. The only one thing i would improve breakfast, there was no options of cheese, and vegetables, but it's my preference so I'm still giving full 5 stars. I would definitely choose this hotel again when visiting Victoria. "
