"The hotel was in a great location, convenient to restaurants shops and attractions. Staff were kind and helpful. Only downside was soundproofing. Could hear noises in the hallway and other rooms."

"Had a wonderful stay here, seemed more peaceful than downtown and yet close enough to access. A few areas of the property were under routine maintenance or cleaning. Massage at the outdoor gazebo was lovely."

"Wonderful! The villa was amazing. Stunning views, exceptionally well appointed, lots of room, really spoiled us for other accommodations. The Resort location is great. Away from the hustle and bustle of the city but near great food options, grocery, activities. Would definitely stay again."

"Great place to stay. Easy check in. Good amenities. Cleanliness 8/10 (mirror in washroom not thoroughly cleaned). Beddings good. Good room service. Staff are friendly, except for the receptionist at Fathom (restaurant inside the hotel) who seemed a bit distant or shy maybe. Server who served me was bubbly and friendly. Pool and hot tub, sauna available. Overall, I give Hotel Grand Pacific an 8.5/10 for our experience. "
