This is quite a dated motel but the rooms were clean and we had everything we needed and the price was very good. The staff was friendly and surprisingly what they called a "continental" breakfast included self serve eggs, sausage, waffles, bagels, cereal, yogurt, fruit, coffee, juice. We would stay again when visiting Campbell River. Bonus right across the street from the ocean.

This is a very old property and you can certainly tell. Carpets and furniture are musty and well used. Had a few issues with missing amenities and appliances that should have been seen by housekeeping. However the gentleman who was manning the front desk was exceptional, he was polite and very helpful. The cost is low and if you just need an overnight stay or accommodations while you’re working out of town it would probably be a good fit.

Pool closure very disappointing... confirmed that the pool would be open ... at check in we were discussing the location and hours of the pool and then the manager interjected and said he's closing the pool. I explained that the pool was my whole reason I chose that Ramada. The manager said the pool has been in need of repair for a very long time. Yet, he finally closes it on a friday of a long weekend... Family Day long weekend!!! When the hotel was sold out for the whole FAMILY DAY LONG WEEKEND... hmmmm eh
