"What a great place to stay in Victoria, all the staff are amazing just so friendly and helpful. Jaz from house keeping was just someone who was so nice and kind to me and my wife. This hotel was incredibly clean from top to bottom. The restaurant and bar have a great view and again friendly and helpful. The front desk staff are very nice and knowledgeable. We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub and again just so clean and fresh. Our 1 bedroom suite was perfect for our needs , enjoyed the balcony and kitchenette . It was a real gem and I would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel."
