Really nice family run hotel right by Sproat Lake, offering intimate valley experience. Although they are currently short staffed, but everyone we met went above and beyond to make sure that we had a comfortable stay. We enjoyed the free kayaks and canoe offered and took advantage of the great location for some unforgettable sky viewing! Highly recommend, hopefully the restaurant will be reopen next time.

What a beautiful spot! We loved our time (only one night) at the hotel. Room was very good. Shame the restaurant was closed but the hotel did forewarn us that it was due to unforeseen staffing issues. That happens. A big shout out to Sam, who was on hand to offer help, advice & information about the hotel, lake & local area. What a great guy! Being able to just grab some kayaks & head out onto the lake was the icing on the cake.

It’s a beautiful place on sproat lake. It’s quiet and clean and it has a well liked restaurant during summer months. There is also a place for snacks, coffee and sandwiches.
