Our first time staying at this hotel. I was pleasantly surprised. Room is quite spacious. Breakfast was very good. The young fellow looking after it does a great job

Check in seamless. Room clean. Easy to find despite error on goggle maps part.
Look forward to another visit.
Staff were friendly. Beds were comfortable. Room was clean but old, dark and dingy. Definitely needs an update. We were very disappointed in our room as we had reserved a city view room and all we looked at was the back of 2 buildings. I would not stay here again, nor would I recommend it to anyone

Second time here. Staff and facility are fantastic.
Front desk manager not welcoming & not a smile when we arrived to check-in. When asked for directions around the property for a stroll, he didn’t know. But his staff Fiona & Ruby were helpful & friendly.
Room was labelled renovated but it wasn’t. Had a damp smell as we entered it. Ceiling had a big water stain. Carpet yucky & had a ripped along the bedside.
Swimming pool under construction. Breakfast was decent with hot food.
The Westerly is conveniently located, I had a handicap room which was spacious and well equipped. It was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very good.
Room was clean, staff were nice breakfast was decent ,although a few stations were empty and not restocked while we were down for breakfast.
Cost to value ratio in the fall was a good deal. The westerly will stay on our shortlist for fall Island accomodation when riding in Cumberland or getting to or from the ferry.
