They stole my money they robbed me I paid online I booked a room and when I showed up I was told the hotel wasn’t available and I don’t know how to get my money back pls help me
Property was in bad shape ...ripped blanket .... no coffee machine .... free breakfast was mentioned online ... but there was nothing there. Not a good neighbourhood. Wouldn’t not recommend. Didn’t feel safe... people were passing by in the hall way talking loudly
Room had no wifi, as soon as I got to the room the heater wasnt working. Went down to ask why they said they turn it off! Room is not worth $70 but goes for about $150. Makes no sense
This hotel is unsafe- don't stay here! There were drug users in the stairwells, doors had been kicked in, locks on doors and windows were missing and broken in rooms. Rooms were really dirty too. Totally unsafe to stay here. Also when hotel management was told, they would not refund entire stay even though I did not check in - could not stay there as it was too unsafe!
Unfortunately this hotel is very dangerous to stay at. I was robbed by another guest in the hotel and the staff wouldn’t even cooperate with the police. Don’t think by having cameras everywhere you are safe. The RCMP told are not recording anything. Also the room was in disrepair and I had no phone available to me to call 911 after I was left with nothing. My vehicle, wallet, phone all gone and the staff were so rude and would only allow me to use a phone in the lobby on speakerphone!
Very run down hotel. Stuff were very rude. Charged extra 100$ on my credit card saying the towels were dirty. Homeless people sleeping on the steps.

I have requested a refund from Hotel.com but have not received any info about my claim. I was informed it could take 48 hrs. It has now been a week and no response.
I booked because the photos look great. Was disappointed when I got to the room. The bath tub wasn't clean and the tap was broken; and the door mat was so dirty. Won't be staying there again. Funny, showed as $149 regular price so I thought it was a good deal at half price. Looks like a gimmick to get people to book :(
Run down, definitely needs to be updated, feels like a 70s motel. Sketchy clientele. Bathroom was clean but the balance of the furniture had sticky spots. Burn marks on the sheets. Dirty laundry in the hallway. First and last time for me.
Did not enjoy our stay. I went with my 2 year. They give me room at 3rd floor and the lift was not working. Despite written in the description, there was no breakfast in the morning, literally had to run to Tim Hortons to get food for kids. No point to save few bucks with this cheap service specially if you are with kids.
From the moment we arrived 2 hrs early after a 1500km 14hr drive the staff were helpful and understanding they checked us in to a upgraded room because ours wasn't ready for another hour. You don't see hotels do that very often especially when I was at fault. The room was clean and cool after driving in 30c+ weather it felt heavenly. Thanks for everything guys. I'd recommend this hotel to anyone on a budget that wants a clean friendly stay.
Staff was surly, had to ring for 15 minutes to get him to even come to the office. Sticky surfaces and DIRTY / STAINED TOWELS. View from window was an abandoned lot full of garbage and rusted out cars.
Next day - bed bug bites coming up itchy all over.
This is my second time i booked this hotel, but by mistake i just book for wrong date. In 5 minutes i call them back it’s just by mistake could you please change the check in date. They said they are not going to refund me back neither will change the dates. I haven’t even use their property but get fully charged. I really disappointed with thier service, i will never visit them again.
