Our short lived stay was wonderful. Comfortable bed, a fridge for our leftovers, wireless chargers on the nightstands, and an immaculate shower and washroom. The shower itself was quite luxurious. Parking on the property was a bonus. I would absolutely book Amy's guesthouse again. Thank you so much!

Amy's Coach House was beautiful, well maintained, clean and felt like home. Stanley and Amy were very pleasant and sweet. Our kids loved the stay and enjoyed the deck in the yard. Kitxhen has everything you need to cook. It is located in a beautiful area in Richmond, BC and has free parking. We recommend staying here and we will definitely be booking here again.

This is a wonderful little place, and it was very clean. The host was wonderful. Parking is a bit tight, but it is manageable. It is also close to the highway and Vancouver.

Unfortunately we were unable to keep our reservation due to a sudden hospital stay. That was our loss. However, we never received any sort of communication even though we sent a message through Expedia to the effect we were not coming. Communication is definitely not the strong suit of this host. I'm reasonably sure the message I sent went unread. Earlier I had also sent them a question that never got a response. Pretty unaware if you ask me.

Upon arrival we did not receive the accommodation we booked and paid for. We booked 2 beds and only 1 bed was at the property. On top of this we had to beg for the access codes for the property. When we told them this is not what we had booked they sent us to another property in another city, again totally different from what we booked. We did not end up staying at the second location as this was an occupied family house with shared rooms upstairs and we did not feel comfortable at this location and it wasn’t even in the same city we booked in. I have requested a refund numerous times with no avail as of yet. I will be taking this owner to small claims court as we are now out $2000 for accommodation we did not receive. Note: the owners do not speak English and we had to go through an interpreter for any correspondence. We will not be using Expedia to book accommodation in the future as they said they could not help with a refund because the owners are not responding to them. This is not acceptable in any way.
