It’s too bad the hotel didn’t have any outdoor parking for a small truck by the hotel. It ended up we have to park far away. It’s such an inconvenient hotel.

The overall experience was very good. Clean, new, modern hotel. Food and light rail in walking distance. the customer service was generally good and pleasant to talk to. The only inconvenience is the garage. The parking space is a dedicated space, but the access to the space has to bo through public parking areas, and you may experience traffic jam. It can be a bit confusing as well. But once you figure out the best parking "route", you'll find no issue at all.

Old and small. Cleaning isn’t great, hairs all over the place from last tenant, towel has red stain. No complementary bottle water since day 2 probably because we bought our own water and left in the room. Parking is a nightmare as others mentioned. Don’t recommend.

Room was dirty, sticky stains, coffee spills and long hairs in the bed and on the pillows. Waited 30 minutes for a seat at the restaurant, there was no staff clearing tables. Other guests were complaining constantly. We finally got a table 20 minutes before breakfast was ending, no servers showed up to take our order so we ended up walking out.

This property is very close to shopping and public trasportation. Overall, the staff was very nice and the rooms were clean. One thing to note is that the rooms were not ready when we checked in. This seems to be an ongoing issue with other guests as well. Checkin time was 4pm but rooms were not ready until 6pm or later. Not sure if this is mismanagement by allowing guests to have late checkouts or understaffing the cleaning crew. This needs to fixed immediately. It is not a good experience when you have to wait well into the late evening for your room.

The property was nice and a very close walk to the mall. The staff were great :) at check in and in the breakfast buffet. The room had a pretty nice view, and it was clean! Nice layout! The pool is an outdoor lane pool, so not very much fun for kids. Overall, it was a nice visit, thank you!

The hotel sits in a busy area, you can get to pretty much everything, supermarkets, pharmacies big or small eatery and much more. Parking space is very tight for a large size vehicle

Room is not ready for check-in (no slipper, no toothbrush, no toothpaste). Lights switches are hard to operate (hardware issue). Dust could be observed on alarm clock. Chair looked unclean (seem liquid was poured on it before). Electric sockets are all in North America standard, or perhaps international travelers aren't their target? Hot water supply in washroom sink was not stable (suddenly very hot). Positive thing is that Front Desk was responsive to issues.

Very nice room breakfast buffet not recommended
Room was very nice and clean I was charged an extra $50 when I arrived on top of what I paid to hotels.com for the room I assumed it was a damage deposit or something but so far it hasn’t been refunded on my credit card. I had the breakfast buffet the scrabbled eggs Sausages and pancakes were terrible probably the worst I’ve eaten The hash browns were really good If I stay there again I think I’ll order off the menu hopefully the breakfast menu would be of better quality than the buffet

So close to Metrotown. My daughter and her friends shopped at Metrotown and then headed to the hotel on their own. So safe and accessible. She has a great birthday staycation at the Hilton.
