Grand new studio ,with washroom, patio ,air condition ,,separate entrance,,double bed ,hanging cloth set, kitchen sink. counter top and a small fridge , microwave ,some bowl, dishes.cup… Two table and chair , one inside one outside. Free parking on street ,less five minutes wall to Nanaimo sky train station, Five minutes by foot to Trout’s Lake park, the best park of Vancouver East side and ten minutes ride by sky train to Vancouver downtown.
