The home is located on the ground floor of a detached home. The entire unit with the exception of the shared laundry room is yours to enjoy privately. The unit comes with its own private entrance at the back of the house.

While the laundry room can be accessed by both the suite and by the upstairs owners, it is enclosed on both sides by locking doors to ensure your privacy.

Please note that the owners live upstairs and while we respect the privacy and comfort of our guests, parties are forbidden.

You may get a hold of your hosts either through the Airbnb app or via text.
To ensure a comfortable stay for everyone and respect our neighbours, we ask that all guests agree to the following:

No Parties or Events: Please help us maintain a peaceful environment. Parties, large gatherings, and excessive noise are not permitted.

Quiet Hours: Please be mindful of noise between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Keep music and voices low during this time.

Registered Guests Only After 10 PM: For safety and neighbourhood peace, only guests officially listed on the reservation are allowed on the property during quiet hours (10 PM - 8 AM), unless agreed to by the hosts.
