"I wish I had gotten his name but the man working the front desk on the night of 18th -19th is the best person ever we had the worst travel experience with getting here but as soon as we walked through the doors of the hotel that totally changed we travel a lot and this is by far one of my favourite hotels!!"

"The first room we were given had many issues, making it uninhabitable. The manager made it up to us, upgrading our room. The coupons for drinks and meals for using Expedia was a nice touch. "

"The staff was amazing when we arrived. We were to return our rental vehicle and return by Uber but they offered to go with us and bring us back to the hotel. Was not expecting that at all! Staff was very pleasant and shuttle to airport was smooth and comfortable. Would highly recommend this hotel. "

"The hot springs pool for adults was very nice. Outdoor. Nice courtyard with green trees &: rock gardens. I don't know why some folks said it was terrible, run down, not clean. It was absolutely nice. Overlooking the lake. Restaurants close by. Better to remind readers to shower before going in the pool. I will go back & stay a few days whenever I went to the Vancouver. "
