"Our stay was pleasant The hotel is in the same parking lot as the fair entrance The room charge was very reasonable The room was well maintained and cleaned The pool however was cool definitely not 79 degrees but if you were adventurous it’s nice just have to make the commit and dive in The breakfast stops at 10:30 and lunch doesn’t start till I believe 12:30 so that was bummer the staff at the restaurant were not very friendly Overall I would definitely book this hotel if you plan on going to the fair it’s well worth the extra bucks. "

"I stayed for 1 night on a solo business trip. Unfortunately This wasn't a good stay. I had a roach crawling on my bed. This place is dirty. I immediately told the front desk, I reauested a clean room without roaches.They accomidated me another room. I advised the front desk manager that this is unacceptable, but was told there was little he could do other than a small discount for future stays.I can't recommend this hotel."

"Everything was good just little things like the toilet was to close to the wall and the bed not lined up to the bed."

"For an older hotel from the outside, they’ve made it great inside. Easy parking, location and amenities. It will be a new work hub for sure!"

"I've given this place several great reviews in the past. However, I had the worst experience recently, so many things were wrong it's too long of story. The toilet started leaking right at checkout causing a flood in the room below, I had already booked an additional day earlier that morning, as I was speaking with front desk, she accused me of breaking the toilet, told me I had to pay 50 bucks for it, would also have to wait til 3pm to check into a different room. I barley attempted to explain the issue with toilet she cut me off saying I was band from renting from them anymore.. I was a loyal customer, they did me wrong.. "

"Like the free breakfast the most, which consists of various selection that are delicious. I am an early bird so the free breakfast really helps. Also like the free coffee and hot water that are available 24/7. I drink hot water so really appreciate the availability...Hotel staff are very friendly and the room is really clean. This hotel is always my first choice going to mainland. Thank you all and I really enjoyed my stay there."
