"I was given room 105, a handicap room. When I checked out the girl said she was surprised they never use that room. I told her no kidding. There was NO soap, no toiletries at all. The floor had long red hair on it as did the tub/shower. Get to the bed and decide a big nope to the bed spread to find one of those old school blankets that collect all the hair, long red hair in this case. I just needed to be close to the airport and I’m so tired. I’d say f&$k it and just go to sleep. My flight leaves at 6 AM in the morning. I don’t even shower. It’s too gross and the fact that I was charged $250 for this is bad on me. Don’t stay there find somewhere else."

"Overall, I liked the hotel, however the parking lot night seemed a bit sketchy. I would think they should trim the overgrown trees the lighting at night is actually effective. My only gripe with my room (509), is it faces the afternoon/ evening sun and it’s right above the rooftop of the restaurant I’m assuming. My room was 80+ degrees and didn’t cool down because the thermostat didn’t have an actual cool/ heat button, so it only blew cooler than 80 degree air, but not cold despite my turning it down to 65. I’m sure every hotel has there less than nice rooms that they have to occupy, I guess it was turn. 😂 "

"I I ever make it back through Duarte, CA I will definitely stay here again. The property is really in a good location for finding a late night snack and major shopping. The staff was very nice and efficient during check-in and check-out. If I could change anything, I would add an ice machine on the first floor for guest!"
