"Our room, the AC did not work and the switch in the bathroom did not work, neither did the light when we got there. The bathroom also had hair in it. Maintence came and fixed the light problem, but the outlet in the bathroom did not work. The breakfast was great. Wish the room was clean and everything worked. "

"I was so disappointed. Prior to my check in I received a call from an employee from the extended stay hotel inquiring if I was still coming or did I plan to cancel. i’ve never received such a call. When it turned out to be was that she wanted me to pay ahead of my arrival which I did with the card I had on file when I did check in. I asked about the call unfortunately she was not no longer in the office so I received really no explanation. On top of that the toilet leak run all night. It was loud very disappointed.
