"Hotel and grounds were clean but room smelled musty. The pool area was nice and quiet. The only REALLY BIG problem was that the airport shuttle request (made by phone and again on check in) was "lost" and no driver was available when it was time to leave for airport. Who needs that kind of stress ..."
