"I liked that the property had two doors! And a gate! And it’s own first come, first serve basis parking! One thing though would probably to add curtains to the windows and door because it is quite in the open. But besides that, the owner was very helpful and everything was great! Would definitely rent again! :)"

"I needed a place close to my parents and we were exactly just across the street 2 houses down! This was a remarkable place! It was exactly as described! Such a comforting home with a pool! We were close to all the events in LA and Pasadena! We got to spend a couple of days by the pool, which was amazing! The host was gracious and accommodating. Next year we plan on staying here! Thank you for such a wonderful stay"

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Anahit’s backyard cottage. It was perfect for us in every way: very comfortable bed, nice kitchen, roomy bathroom, and an easy check-in process. We enjoyed a pretty view out the large glass door, and breakfast at the patio table. Thank-you Anahit!"

"The host communicated at the last minuet with check-in instructions..towels and sheets were damp when I checked in. Dryer did not work. Kitchen cabinet doors fell of when I opened them..Lots of road noise from busy street out front..poor overall location.. I left several days early to find another place.. host would not refund me a dime. I'd not recommend staying here."
