"We had a wonderful 4 night stay in Los Lagos, but I would particularly like to highlight the zip line experience. Antonio and his team were very professional and made the experience fun and safe. We got lucky as our family of 4 including two kids ages 10 and 12 were the only ones signed up for our time slot and the team took extra effort to ensure we enjoyed the experience and went out of their way to photograph and video us. Because we were a small group, we also had the chance to try the Tarzan Swing. What fun! Would highly recommend this resort and the zip line activity! Also recommend renting a car for easy access to La Fortuna"

"We had a great stay here! The hotel was wonderful, with a private little cabin that felt very cozy and peaceful. The air conditioning was strong and worked really well, and the chairs and hot tub outside the room were definitely highlights. One thing to note is that you need to fill the hot tub quite a while in advance before you can use it, so it is better to plan ahead. The hotel is also not far from La Fortuna town, which is very convenient. The water pressure was not particularly strong, but it was still perfectly adequate. Since the cabins are surrounded by nature, you will inevitably see some small bugs around the room and outside. So if you are not comfortable with insects, this may not be the best choice. Otherwise, we really enjoyed the stay and would definitely recommend it."

"An absolutely beautiful stay in Monteverde. CR! The hotel was gorgeous, exceptionally clean, and thoughtfully designed. The aesthetics and attention to detail throughout the property really stood out, creating a relaxing and upscale atmosphere. The breakfast was excellent with a great experience with limited options. I also really appreciate the complimentary coffee, especially while enjoying the beautiful views surrounding the property. It was the perfect way to start the day and take in the incredible scenery of Monteverde. Overall, a wonderful hotel with beautiful surroundings, great amenities, and a memorable atmosphere. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Monteverde."
