I would definitely stay here again. The customer service was excellent and very accommodating. My only minor complaint was that the food provided by the hotel didn't serve local dishes, the menus definitely catered to foreigners. I would have preferred to eat their local cuisine.

Excellent stay! Staff was amazing! Highly recommend the night time tour onsite. The property is not as big as appears and is easy to walk everywhere you need however the staff are always willing to golf cart you around if your legs are tired. Beautiful property. Morpho restaurant has amazing food and right next to the hot springs.

The treehouse rooms were incredible, with newer furnishings and the amazing walk out to the hot tub in the elevated tree trunk (room 403). Staff were excellent as well and always available to ahuttle you around the property in a cart. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, though it was quite pricey as was the onsite food; even more than would be expected from a local resort. But definately a special property if you want to get away from.it all deep in the jungle, yet still only 25 mins to La Fortuna.

The natural springs had been made into 7 pools with varied water temps and were spent 2 full days enjoying the pools and scenery. This resort is about 45 minutes to la Fortuna and a car is a must to get around but the resort is beautiful and extremely nice staff. We will be back!

Incredible resort. Would rush back in a heartbeat. We had the cheapest rainforest bungalow and it felt like a suit. Gorgeous bathroom, animals surrounding you, hammock outside was lovely. The breakfast was incredible, the food in the hot springs was excellent and the staff were amazing. Particularly the guides who went out of their way to help you and spot animals and birds for you. The night hike and the free day hike I would absolutely recommend without hesitation. We would not have spotted half the things we saw without the guides. I had my own yoga session with an incredible instructor as even though it was sold out when we were there in December, no one seemed to do many resort activities! The hot springs were great. We used them at various times of the day and had our own one every time. The slides into the river and into the cold pool were fun. There was construction but this really did not matter and made zero difference to our stay. Wish I was still there!

The room was ok, very clean. There was a methane smell several times, however the staff was quick to respond. The staff and the grounds were excellent! Hot springs were very nice, as was the included breakfast. The rooms are separate cottages set back in the jungle, which was very cool. There is a bit of a walk from the parking lot to the cottages. Was fine for us, but probably not handicapped friendly

If you want unique and private experience in the middle of the rain forest, this is the place. The room was really phenomenal. The closest town is 25 minutes away so be prepared to spend some time on the way to and from La Fortuna if you want to do any excursions.
