The staff and service were exceptional - so welcoming and friendly. Our family celebrated a birthday during our stay and the Arenal Manoa staff went above and beyond to make it a special day. We so appreciated their thoughtful touches and very attentive customer service. We'll certainly recommend it wholeheartedly to friends and family headed to that area.

Everything about this place was amazing! Staff was so helpful and just wonderful! The breakfast selection was wonderful each morning. Our room was beautiful and housekeeping left amazing towel artwork everyday. This place will not disappoint you!

We had a great time, loved the buffet for breakfast. The pools were beautiful. I booked a family room for 4 but didn't realize I had only registered myself and my husband so when I arrived they charged me extra for my children. Seems a little bit odd to sell a room that sleeps 4 and charge extra for the kids so that was a little bit of a bad start.

The property itself was very nice, but the staff was exceptional. The breakfast is incredible! Food is fresh, and offers a wide variety. The thermal pool and other pools were clean and inviting. Every encounter with staff was wonderful. In a good location/short ride to a small area with restaurants and bars as well. Can’t wait to go back.
