Resort upper management failed to informed guest that they couldnt take credit card for any consuption inside report only cash wss allowed. Very inconvinient to have to leave the comfort of the resort when in need of meals/ beverages/ etc

The property was amazing and if your focus is to spend time enjoying the assorted variety of hot spring pools in tropical environment then this place checks the boxes. It is a fairly small property and due to the majority of the property being filled with pools and related features don't expect to see much wildlife but overall it's a great place to stay. The rooms were great, the food in both restaurants I tried excellent, and the included breakfast buffet was vey good each morning.

Our stay, here was phenomenal. It was brief, but we were able to enjoy all the 25 different pools they have. The thermal waters were excellent, the sauna was so soothing and relaxing and very well-maintained and clean.
