"The house has a lovely large garden (shared with another property) for the kids to run around, play, outdoor shower etc. It is located in a green area rigth next to some woods and the access road to the lake (boat/canoeing/SUP etc, but no swimming allowed - i still went out on some great morning swims). The lake is quite beautiful and you can run/walk around on a very nice path (ca 14km). A larger road is just outside the property and you will hear the cars, but our kids were louder during the day and the traffic is quieting down in the evenings. A golf course is on the other side of the road hence the wide and green outlook from the property. The evening sun sets on the terrace. The house has everything you need including 4 bunk beds and a comfortable double bed in the other bedroom. We used the barbecue almost every day. The property was very clean when we arrived."

"No window screen, no ac and no fan - at minimum a fan should be provided. Otherwise good location, good breakfast and a comfortable room."
