"Hotel states it has on site parking which is true, however, only offers 6 parking spaces and therefore you will need to park in the multi storey car park which costs £17.50 per day. Breakfast options are very limited, I would recommend avoiding breakfast in the hotel and getting something in Birmingham City Centre. Advertising that they have starbucks on site is a bit of a stretch, they have a starbucks coffee machine therefore are only able to offer hot drinks. Overall, the hotel was disappointing, I will avoid this hotel when I have to travel to Birmingham in future."

"The Edgbaston Village tram station was super close by, which was handy for getting in and out of the city. The hotel felt safe, quiet, and clean. The staff were warm and friendly. My bed was very comfy, water in the shower was hot (not great pressure though). I had a lovely view out of my large window, and was fortunate to have three sunny days. "

"Excellent location for visiting our daughter at Birmingham uni living close by. Ability to park and charge our EV very handy. Rooms very clean and modern and temperature just right - usually I have to turn the A/C up in hotels as they are too hot and stuffy but not here. Overall an excellent choice and one we shall use again. "
