"By far the best experience! It was the staff that make the experience more enjoyable. On our first day we met Wasanthi, she showed us the beauty of what Raddison has to offer, made me a lovely coconut water by the beach. We then met with Ashan Randika at the bar who served beer and the best pizza! Throughout our stay they made sure we had the best time. Thank you team, highly recommend 5 star service! Thank you again Wasanthi, Ashan and the restaurant, concierge staff. First trip to Galle and will come again xx"

"Hotel: Levels Unawatuna Room no: Superior Double Staff: 10/10 Location: 10/10 Cleanliness: 10/10 Soundproofing: 2/10 (music from pool area) Blockout curtains: Yes, but light from the hallway shines through the sides of the blinds. Comments: Spectacular view. Electronic dance music/subwoofer from pool area is loud and can be heard in the room, even though there was no people at the pool. Made it feel like more of a nightclub vibe than a hotel. The music didn’t stop until 9.15pm when I called reception to ask what time the music stops. It commenced again the following morning at 8.20am. The water pressure in the shower is poor. Very hard to wash the shampoo and conditioner out of your hair. Breakfast is included. If you’re vegan or have coeliac disease you can only eat the fruit. If you’re vegetarian you can only eat the fruit and eggs. If we had booked more than one night I would have been incredibly disappointed. The dinner menu is alright though."

"What an amazing place, 5 star luxury, the hotel grounds are pristinely, you have your own beach (as its difficult to get to unless you have hotel access. Great pool, the food is the best we had in Sri Lanka, they serve different types of Sri Lankan breakfast that you can try, like egg hoppers and sting hoppers with curry and dhal. We stayed in the sea view rooms on the second floor, amazing view of the sea and are huge. The best bit are the guys working there, they cannot do enough for you and make the experience. 10 min walk to Turtle Beach were you can hand feed Green Turtles, 5 mins in a tuk tuk to Unawatuna and 15 to Galle. So huge choice of restaurants and bars. We loved it here, we will stay again when we come back to Sri Lanka. Great value too booked on Hotels.com. Best value we have ever had."

"5 stars are not enough for this wonderful place. A special thank you to Chathuri and her team for the making us feel so welcome and at home. The property itself is beautiful - a colonial style villa set in lush tropical gardens, with a pool that wraps around the building, but it’s the people who work there that made it one of the most memorable stays ever. The team facilitated lunches, dinners and even a special lunch for visiting family. They always had a smile and a greeting for our 2 year old daughter, bringing her toys to play with and even treats to eat. The villa itself feels like you’re in a grand home. there are toys and games and books to read, so many pretty areas to relax, hi tub and spa…. there also a private beach across the road and lots of attractions like Galle, unawatuna beach, lakes and Wijaya beach where the turtles swim close enough to say hello are a quick tuk tuk ride away. It was the most memorable stay we have ever had. We loved everything and can’t wait to come back! "
