"An excellent place to stay. Very clean. There is a lobby but only electronic check-in (which is very easy). A Virtual T-Rex or Ninja helps you sign in (it's actually pretty good). You can put out the do-not-disturb sign and put towels and trash outside your door and fresh towels will be left at your doorstep every day. Right next door to Kintetsu-Nara station (underground). Easy access to all the buses that take you to the sights. 15 mins walk from Nara park."

"部屋は広くて清潔でよかったです。朝、換気扇からタバコの臭いがしたのが少し気になりました。チェックインのとき担当のフロントのスタッフに咳をかけられました。咳が出やすい体質なのはお気の毒ですが手を当てるなどの咳エチケットを教育してほしいです。それと人手不足で忙しすぎるのか積極的に接客したくないスタッフが数人いる感じを受けました。ソーシャルラウンジにスタッフがおらず困っていたお客さんもいたのでスタッフに指摘させていただいたところ、事務的な感じで説明され言い訳のように感じました。まずは謝ってほしかったので残念に思いました。"

"Perfect place to stay while visiting Nara. Walkable to shopping, convenience stores and restaurant's close. Nara park easy walk. Day trips to Osaka and Kyoto very easy as both train stations are very close. Staff very excellent. Room was comfortable."

"Hotel location is fab, right beside Nara Park. Our room was a good size with a balcony view of the temple. There was no breakfast available but a Starbucks on the ground floor which was very reasonably priced. "
