And, Coral Bay is close for fresh seafood and basic groceries. "

"Great spot in a gated community, spacious home in a quiet area that was in a great location to explore the island. Host met us at the airport and led us to the rental which was helpful in getting acclimated to driving on the left, finding the exact location and showing us the home and area. Beach is within walking distance but is rocky in that area. Grocery and restaurants just down the road. "This property was a nice safe place for family of 4. It was in a more residential neighborhood. A car is a must if you are going to stay here as it's a ways from beaches and night life. There is one bar/restaurant that is walkable and was great for breakfast and drinks. It does include washer and dryer but no laundry detergent and minimal toiletries/towels. Some touches such as laundry detergent, beach chairs that you could take to beaches, and some toiletries would make it 5 stars. "

"The property was clean and as described with recently updated bathrooms. The air conditioning was a great thing to come back to after exploring. Right in the middle of the action- it was the perfect place to be near the Christmas Festival, shopping, and the pier. The neighborhood felt safe and local nightlife is nearby. Super convenient! The host was very responsive and check-in was easy. "
