"My 15 year old son and I stayed for one night and it was perfect for us! The owner was excellent with communication. The apartment was very clean. The outside area in the back of the building was so nice. The exterior of the property was very clean. We even got lucky and the maintenance man from the check-in hotel drove us to the apartment so we didn’t have to walk. That was lovely because it was over 90 degrees outside. "Dropping my 29 yo son off. This was a great location for me to be nearby but not crowding him. Property host was easy to work with and very responsive. Property was easy to get to and very near the campus, bus line, etc. "

"The stay was ok, the garage was easy to get in and out but not easy to get in to get to the car. Room was very cold at 57 degrees and it took a bit to warm up. Rooms were clean and tidy. Couch was uncomfortable, the bed was comfortable. Concerns, toilet tank doesn't fill so you can flush until much later in the day. "

"Very cute little studio and a convenient location. The entrance to the parking lot is a bit confusing (more so on Google maps end) but it was well described by the owner so we were able to find it easily. The owner was also super responsive and helpful"
