Who wants a chain hotel experience when this is the same price?? Everything was just perfect. All the details were appreciated! Highly recommend. Do need to be able to maneuver steps to the loft. I'm one week out from knee replacement and managed it."

"My family had such a nice stay. We were in town for a concert, and our stay was so fitting for everything we did. We loved the area, the house’s character, and all the handy accommodations. We all slept comfortably in our own spaces. If/when I return to the area, I won’t look for another place to stay; I’ll just easily book this again!"

"We had a very comfortable & clean stay at Joes place! Easy to find & check in, the house is older but it was so charming & had modern touches that made it a fun experience. The king bed was SO comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed to have a nice breakfast. We will definitely choose to stay here again we we visit St. Louis!"

"Perfect spot! In town for a basketball tournament in St. Joseph. This place was perfect for our family, had everything we needed. Host was accommodating as we needed to extend our stay. Close to everything and town square is so cute. If ever in town again, would definitely stay again!"

"Tucked away little secluded spot, decorated with a fishing theme since it’s right on the water. Steps down to the private dock so maybe not ideal for very young children. Very clean inside with all the amenities needed. Close to Branson without being in the middle of all the traffic. Perfect for our family and will definitely be staying again."

"The location was perfect. Within walking distance to everything. The apartment is ok. It is a small space, but we were out exploring the town most of the time. I’m not sure how it would comfortably ever fit 6 people as the listing says. We had 4 and it was a little crammed. The bathroom and bedrooms do not have locks. Upon arrival one of the beds was not made, the bathroom looked clean but once you actually looked at it, it was only a surface level clean. There were also big pots and pans...
