"Beautiful property. As someone else mentioned it isn’t 5 star luxury, but the views and the proximity to the beach is perfection. It is a little run down, but that didn’t bother us. We didn’t spend much time inside. We enjoyed our coffee on the porch starting at stunning views."

"Such a cute place right on the beach. It is a little out of the way from town but we didn't mind at all! I would say you definitely need a car or golf cart, taxis are expensive and we probably went to and from town at least twice a day. Overall we loved it, we would definitely come back!"

"This property is not as advertized. It is being renovated. There is demolition and construction debris strewn about the property including old deck railing, chain link fencing and barb wire, rusted out wheelbarrows. The "pool" shown in the picture is an open hole in the ground. Some of the decking has been replaced but the remainder is rotted with boards sticking up and holes through the wood and mostly covered with old pool equipment and ladder. The grill is not functional. There are no deck...

"North Turks, is a peaceful, beautiful location. Beach is pristine. It brings you back to simpler times. If you’re looking for dining, try middle Caicos mudjin bay. Beach and caves there are amazing and food and drinks are good. Buy your groceries in Provo as supplies are limited in the North island. Groceries are pricey but buy them in Provo and take them on the ferry with you. Most excursions are from Provo and you’ll need to ferry back there for them. Enjoy the tranquil beach and unwind....

"the little cottage is beautiful. Lots of light, nicely appointed kitchen. I loved the screened in porch. Although the little sand flies have no problem flying in so repellent is a must. The restaurant on the property is very good. It is only open till 3pm. (Except Wednesday and Saturday) Visiting Bumbarra beach is a must. "

"The picutres dont serve justice how beautiful the grounds are at this place. You have a private cabbana that looks like something out of a movie. The place is beautiful inside and out and very accomodating. We felt well taken care of and enjoyed every moment. Alison is the best host and we would 100 percent stay again.
