First time visiting Turks, and this resort did not disappoint! Here on my honeymoon and my husband and I absolutely loved how peaceful the resort was and the adults only pool. It was also not too far from the main area of town. And right by the beach! Loved it.

This resort exceeded my expectations. The staff went above and beyond at every turn, and the complimentary paddle boards and kayaks made for perfect afternoons on the water. The location right on Grace Bay was unbeatable. I looked at other properties with more restaurant options, but honestly, they don’t justify the extra cost — Royal West Indies offers fantastic value without sacrificing quality. Highly recommend for anyone wanting a relaxed, beachfront getaway in Turks and Caicos

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The property was beautiful, clean, and very well maintained, with lots of gorgeous trees and flowers throughout the grounds. One of our favorite features was the two pools—one adults-only pool for a quieter atmosphere and another pool conveniently located by the bar. It made for a very relaxing experience. The hotel has one on-site restaurant, and it’s also within walking distance or a short drive to great dining options like Aziza Restaurant and Cocovan. It’s conveniently located close to the city center, making it easy to explore the area. Overall, we had a peaceful and relaxing stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

So based on the property’s pictures on Expedia i wasn’t expecting much but decided to book anyway because of the excellent ratings and location. Let me tell you that we were all mesmerized when we got there because the hotel is gorgeous. The place is extremely well maintained, in talking about not a single small piece of paper on the floor. The landscaping of the property is beautiful and it makes the place even more charming. The rooms are also extremely clean, actually the cleanest room Ive stayed. Location is also a plus: Easy walk to the beach, with plenty of chairs available, and water equipment for the guests! They also offer free bike so i recommend going for a ride to see the town!

This resort always amazes me. This is the second time staying here, four years apart. The staff are amazing, they are constantly working and cleaning the pools and outdoor restrooms. The food is always great at the pelican. It’s never too crowded. The only downfall we noticed was the quiet pool area. No one really was ever in it. I have an 11 year old and we wished she could have used the hot tub-it was adults only as well.

The property is beautiful! It gives a true sense of being in the Caribbean. The grounds were full of beautiful well maintained trees and flowers. The restaurant is delicious! Get the full formed red snapper. The room was very spacious. Loved the fact there was a washer and dryer which allowed me to wash my clothes before i left. The property sits in the beach and is in walking distance from major beach entrance and restaurants.

The location on the beach and having access to an umbrella without paying for it was great. Paddle boarding was also part of the amenities that were fun to try out. And just free floating in the water was amazing. They helped us book a snorkel trip as well that was great. Room was clean and comfy w a washer and dryer that came in handy. Can’t say anything negative about this place. It’s great.

Loved our stay at RWI. I came here 12 years ago and it has maintained as impeccable as it was back then. We were on the ground floor with adult pool view and loved as we could just walk from pool and Jacuzzi to our room. After all day in the beach we would go to the pool and Jacuzzi and then to the room.
