I really liked how many beach activities were included and how kind every staff member was. Family traveling with kids ages 10 & younger, normally travel to Maui for tropical vacations, and we LOVED our trip to T&C by comparison. I wish the included breakfast options were more clear as well as beach activity sign-out, but we were in a rush at check-in so maybe that impacted the explanation time. It was also hard to know where to park and check-in on our first day with a rental car rather than car service so I wish the lobby was well marked from the street, but these are minor things.compared to how wonderful our stay was! I recommend this hotel to anyone who asks. I was told it was fully booked and never once felt crowded or overlooked. I really liked the pool for the bungalows and how close everything was at the hotel

This property was terrific. The people were friendly and warm. Breakfast was great. The dining options were a bit disappointing as portion size was minimal and we are not big eaters.

We really enjoyed our stay at Windsong. The staff is very friendly and very helpful. Our room was clean and updated. The property is very pretty and well maintained. You can’t beat the convenience of the beach and the pool right there. Loves that they offered snorkeling gear for a low fee and kayaks and paddle boats for free. The hotel wasn’t busy when we went (1st week of May) so we didn’t have a problem getting a chair on the beach or by the pool. It was nice having the JoJo cafe and continental breakfast as food options but there’s also other restaurants for all meals nearby. It’s a low key resort, great for people looking to relax and enjoy the beauty of Turks and Caicos.

Room pool beach excellent. Staff very pleasant. Need better food options. Music by the pool or some kind of activity especially in the evenings would keep people there. We found other options for dinner so we could hear music and have a more vacation feel

I will start by saying that this property is beautiful, clean and quiet. We stayed in a bungalow and the room was spacious, clean and had a substantial kitchen which was important to us. We arrived about 30 minutes prior to the 3:00 PM check-in time and were told that our room was not yet available. We had planned for this, and went down to the restaurant and checked out the beach. We then did not hear from the front desk as promised. At 3:30 (30 minutes past the check-in time) we returned to the front desk. Our room was still not available. We were not offered an apology, a drink or any sort of coupon/discount or anything. The next morning we went down to the beach where we found every single lounger to be taken. There was space available for one or two more to be added on the end but when we asked, we were met with an unpleasant attendant who refused to put out additional lounge chairs. We were told, "we put them out this morning and aren't putting out anymore". Many guests left belongings on the chairs and left the beach for well over 1-2 hours and nothing was done about this. It made what should have been a relaxing beach day, stressful and frustrating. While Windsong on the Reef was quiet, clean and the area was beautiful, unfortunately, we found the staff to be unpleasant and generally unhelpful.
