Swan cottages #6 1 BR / Waterfront

  • This charming pair of newly renovated waterfront cottages with a brand new 28-foot pool is a 2-minute walk from the scenic Sopadilla Bay Beach and Las Brisas Restaurant and walking distance to the exclusive Taylor Bay Beach. Located directly on the Chalk Sound National Park with views of its breathtaking blue waters, this beautiful, idyllic location is perfect for kayaking and paddle boarding. Rare sightings of dolphins have been made in this

    area.

    Special Reduced Rates: From September 1st, 2025, through July 1st, 2026, rates have been adjusted to reflect nearby construction. Book with confidence knowing you’ll receive added value during your stay.



    The one-bedroom cottages can be rented individually or as a pair by families or groups.



    Each cottage has a master bedroom that sleeps 2 adults with an adjoining bathroom and kitchen, a living and dining area with a sofa bed that could sleep 1 adult or 2 children.



    The cottages have a large outdoor area for outside dining and a tiled poolside area for lounging and sunbathing around a generously sized infinity-style pool.



    There is also a small sandy beach area with deck chairs and kayaks for excursions on the water.
