As a single mom traveling with my kids, I thought Zenza was safe,reasonably priced and a very relaxing place. I appreciated the free fresh fruit, unlimited bottled water and pastries every morning. We loved the 2 beaches and used the free snorkeling equipment daily. They bikes and free golf cart trips to the beach were a nice touch.

Nice Modern Rooms situated on a Marina. Very friendly helpful staff that will arrange or help with whatever you want to do. Good restaurants real close by with outdoor seating on the Marina. Turtle cove and coconut beach are a quick golf cart ride or short walk away. Saw turtles in the sea the first day at turtle cove. You need a rental car If you stay here and you want to check out other parts of the island. Stayed here 6 nights with my wife and 14 year old son. It’s a good alternative to the more expensive accommodations on grace bay.

I recently stayed at Zenza Hotel and had a really positive experience overall. The location was excellent—very convenient and made getting around easy. The hotel itself was clean and well-maintained, which I really appreciated. The staff was great throughout my stay, especially the concierge, who was incredibly helpful and welcoming. There was a small hiccup regarding the steps, but the team handled it quickly and thoughtfully by adding lighting to improve visibility, which made a big difference. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel for its great service, cleanliness, and prime location.
