We enjoyed our short stay very much! The front desk team were super supportive and extraordinarily friendly and helpful on our stay....they made all the difference and made our stay perfect. We were delighted to see that the hotel and particularly the guest room were very modern and well appointed!

The Zenza boutique was very nice they had a pool, a nice top deck with a great view, a good spot to get breakfast right on the premises as well as a mini continental breakfast. The hotel sat fairly close to many of the things we wanted to do and the Staff was excellent Mario was extremely helpful and nice and although we didn't get to see the other staff as much Jem and Cherry were nice and helpful to, would definitely come back.

Zenza Boutique Hotel was an amazing experience from start to finish. The hotel is beautiful, clean, and has a relaxing atmosphere that makes it easy to feel right at home. The staff was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was taken care of. The location was also perfect for enjoying the area. I would definitely stay at Zenza again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, upscale, and peaceful stay.

I had an AMAZING stay with Zenza! The room was perfect and the staff are incredibly responsive and helpful. There was some construction noise above my room and they upgraded me to a condo suite without hesitation! The locations super convenient and there’s a shuttle to the beach!! I will absolutely stay here again and again!

Only thing I did not like was not having access to the microwave after 10pm or looking for the security to allow access to the microwave. Besides that the staff, cleanliness, location. 10/15 min drive to all the local places all were wonderful. I definitely would stay here again

This place is great. The room was clean, and the staff were very helpful and kind. I really don’t have anything negative to say about the hotel itself. The only downside is that the nearest beach is Coconut Beach, and there isn’t much there…you’re pretty much on your own. I’d recommend visiting a different beach, but you’ll need to take a taxi since the hotel doesn’t provide transportation to other beaches.

A very clean and well presented hotel. The staff i encountered at front desk were exceptional. I only stayed for one night, and wished I could have stayed longer. Would definitely recommend. The room was a great size, with a circular bath tub (which was fab),and a very comfortable bed. The room came with teas and coffee, and water, and there was free bottled water on hand at reception. A very nice touch.
