I had an AMAZING stay with Zenza! The room was perfect and the staff are incredibly responsive and helpful. There was some construction noise above my room and they upgraded me to a condo suite without hesitation! The locations super convenient and there’s a shuttle to the beach!! I will absolutely stay here again and again!

Only thing I did not like was not having access to the microwave after 10pm or looking for the security to allow access to the microwave. Besides that the staff, cleanliness, location. 10/15 min drive to all the local places all were wonderful. I definitely would stay here again

A very clean and well presented hotel. The staff i encountered at front desk were exceptional. I only stayed for one night, and wished I could have stayed longer. Would definitely recommend. The room was a great size, with a circular bath tub (which was fab),and a very comfortable bed. The room came with teas and coffee, and water, and there was free bottled water on hand at reception. A very nice touch.

The staff is very friendly. The prophet is on the marina and beautiful! Steps away from many good eateries. The golf cart to the Grace Bay beach is a lifesaver. Also you can check-out beach umbrellas and towels in the lobby. No charge. There are complimentary waters, pastries, and juices available daily. The rooms are clean, spacious, full of sun light and also full of amenities like coffee, fridge, waters, and a loaded bathroom as well. The balcony is spacious. I’d stay here again in a heart beat.

The rooms are updated and property is well kept, staff is friendly and helpful. This hotel maybe small but don’t be fooled by that. The view of the marina and the ocean is quite relaxing. We came in contact with other travelers who stayed at overly priced resorts and were not happy where they were staying, also several locals we met outside of the hotel praised Zenza for being well maintained compared to known Hotels/Resorts chains which were horrible. It’s conveniently close to beaches and shopping. I would definitely recommend Zenza Hotel.

It was a nice small resort. Staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are large,clean, bed was comfortable. The tea cup looking tub in the room was odd, but Im 62 and maybe not interested in that amenity. I would have preferred a sofa or table. It was a nice resort that I would recommend.
